Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what personal data PropVerdict collects, why, who we share it with, and your rights. PropVerdict is operated by Proprequest Tech FZ-LLC, and we process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Please read it together with our Terms of Service.

1.Who is responsible

Proprequest Tech FZ-LLC, Dubai Internet City (Licence No. 106931), HD69C, First Floor, In5 Tech, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: support@propverdict.ae.

2.Data we collect

• Account and identity: your Telegram user ID, username, and first/last name as provided by Telegram.
• Deal information: the property details you send us (project, price, size and similar), and any Property Finder or Bayut links you submit.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your subscription status. We do not store your full card number — Stripe holds card data under its own terms.
• Usage data: events, reports generated, and timing information we keep to run and improve the service.
• Technical data: standard server logs. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare; where analytics are enabled they are privacy-friendly and do not require cookies.

3.Why we use your data

To provide the analysis and reports; to create and manage your account; to process payments; to provide support; to operate, secure and improve the service; and to comply with legal obligations.

4.Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the service. Your data may be processed by:

• Stripe — payment processing;
• Anthropic (Claude) — to read and structure the deal text you send;
• RapidAPI and supported listing-data providers — to retrieve available listing details when you send a Property Finder or Bayut link;
• Telegram — to deliver the bot and messages;
• Cloudflare — website hosting and DNS;
• PDFShift — as a fallback for generating your PDF report, only when local generation is unavailable.

Some of these providers operate outside the UAE, so your data may be transferred and processed abroad. We only share what is needed to deliver the service, and we do not sell your personal data.

5.How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

6.Your rights

Under the UAE PDPL you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint. To exercise any right, email support@propverdict.ae.

7.Deleting your data

Email support@propverdict.ae to request deletion. We will cancel any active subscription (so you are not charged again) and delete your account data, subject to any records we must keep by law.

8.Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

9.Children

PropVerdict is a professional tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10.Cookies

Our landing page uses no advertising cookies. Third parties you interact with — such as Stripe during checkout, or Telegram — apply their own cookie and privacy policies.

11.Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be noted here with a new "last updated" date.
